Sergej Snooze & Igor Son (a.k.a Bitter Delight, Doggy Brasco and Haris Pilton) present the deeply atmospheric ‘Lose Myself’; the product of their first collaboration with Croatian songstress, Iva Viskovic. Out on 23rd of September 2013 through Sergej’s own label, Home Made Electronica, the package comes inclusive of three solid and diverse remixes from SCSI-9, Yunnansound and Ivan Romac.
With the aid of Snooze and Igor, the multi talented Iva expands on her long creative history as a professional academic actress and Jazz vocalist with this stunning entry into the world of electronic music. In a career that’s stretched as high as this performance at the Croatian National Theater: www.youtube.com/watch?v=87NtCdTcdoE
Iva Viskovic clearly demonstrates an incredible collaborative prospect, wisely harnessed in this case by the production duo.
Old friend of Sergej and SCSI-9 delivers a rugged and grooving blend of bass, razor sharp percussion and vocals whilst regular label remixer, Yunnansound injects an element of dark 90s New York house into the package. Rounding up the remix collection is Ivan Romac’s deliciously deep and rhythmically complex Tech House interpretation that works to galvanise the release as a rich and interesting insight into Croatian dance music.
